Yes, it should. It didn’t for me because there’s a short list of USB external drives that will work with it (I don’t have the list). If the USB drive or printer isn’t recognized there isn’t much you can do.

Hi I bought the Dlink DIR-655 router, follow the step by step video step up procedure. However, still not working. I can access to setup page, change the SSID, save settings and logged in the SSID network which I created, but has “no internet access”. Why? Please help.
Check the router status to make sure it has an IP address from your ISP (internet provider). It most likely doesn’t. You can try resetting the device given to you by your ISP or give them a call for help.
